This standard is concerned with liquid oxidative hair dyes, consisting normally of a dye (colouring substance) and a developer, which are used to permanently dye the hair.
It is applicable to the dyes in which the dye (colouring substance) and the developer are packed in separate containers, and mixed prior to use.
