All references in this Report Format are to OIML R 99-1 & 2:2008. This Report Format applies for
any kind of instrument for measuring vehicle exhaust emissions (independent of its technology). It
presents a standardized format for the results of the various tests and examinations, described in Part 2
of OIML R 99-1 & 2:2008, to which a type of an instrument for measuring vehicle exhaust emissions
shall be submitted with a view to its approval based this OIML Recommendation.
